Production Builder Needed in Grand Rapids

M – Th 7am – 5:30pm 

$17 per hour

Primary Responsibilities of the Production Builder :

• Assembles components and/or subassemblies following drawings and quality standards, working from Engineering drawings and specifications, standard work instructions., quality standards, test procedures, and assembly instructions
• Build assemblies as directed by supervisor or team lead with minimal supervision while adhering to documented production time standards where applicable.
• Recognize deviations from standard drawings/practices.
• Assembly skills may include soldering, crimping, using crimping machines,wire harnessing,basic testing, visual inspection.
• Cross-trained on multiple products and/or between production lines.

Requirements of the Production Builder :

• Must have 2 years previous experience in wire assembly, crimping, crimpring machine operation, soldering, ect.
• Use Hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete assembly tasks efficiently and accurately
• Have strong communication skills
• Must have a good attention to detail
• Must have basic ability to operate a computer
• Must have effective listening skills in order to receive instructions from supervisor
