Snelling is looking for several high energy, multi-tasking individuals for Post Close Loan Review for a mortgage company in Grand Rapids.
The Post Close Loan Review candidate will be responsible for collecting and reviewing closed loan files returned from signing agent to ensure that the loan is closed in accordance with the closing instructions along with verifying that the recordable instruments meet the necessary state and county guidelines.

8:30am – 5:50pm M – F
$19 per hour

Job Duties And Responsibilities of the Post Close Loan Reviewer:

• Review executed closing documents for accuracy
• Review title commitments for conformity with client and internal requirements
• Verify that all closing conditions have been fulfilled
• Prepare post-closing checklist for shipping of loan file to client
• Contact borrower, lender and signing agent for any remediation items needed
• Scan and copy and necessary documents
• Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications of the Post Close Loan Review positon:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year post closing experience or mortgage experience
• Minimum of 2 years of office experience required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly detail oriented and ability to work in fast paced environment
• Possesses excellent communication and customer service skill
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel)
• Meet minimum production goals and quality requirements set by management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
