Seasonal Customer Service Representative needed for a busy retail company on the North side of Grand Rapids until the end of the year.

Customer Service Representative Benefits:

• $20-22/hour
• Business Hours 8:30 am to 5 pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Greet callers professionally, identify the company, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Take accurate and detailed messages when staff members are unavailable, including caller name, contact information, and reason for the call.
• Transfer calls efficiently using the phone system.
• Enter and update data accurately in company systems or spreadsheets (such as call logs, customer information, or order details).

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Able to start immediately to fulfill the Holiday business
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must have a positive service-oriented attitude
• Must have a strong attention to detail
• Must be focused on superior customer service for both internal and external customers.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
