JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service Representative Needed

8am – 4pm during training, hours may adjust as customer needs adjust

$23 per hour

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Handle Incoming calls and emails from customers
  • Enter orders
  • Work with spreadsheets
  • Calculate materials needed per square foot per order 
  • Process tax exemption form for customers
  • Pull orders in warehouse for customers when needed

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Excel and data entry
  • Proficient in math skills – able to calculate square feet of materials for order entry
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
