• Travel to multiple job sites and oversee accounts to check on cleaning crews for quality assurance and customer satisfaction
• Manage crews on sites as needed
• Fill in as part of cleaning crew as needed
• Train cleaning crew as needed
• Thorough and careful cleaning of floors, carpets, windows, ect.
• Carpet extractions, tile and grout cleaning using various machines
• Able to load and unload machinery and cleaning equipment into vans
• Great attention to detail required.
• Able to work either independantly or as a team as needed

Requirements of the Bi-Lingual Lead Janitor:

• Bilingual is required – Spanish/English
• Valid Drivers license required
• Clear background
• Previous cleaning experience
• Previous management experience
